EMMIG Management Staff, due to its decision to implement an Integrated Management System for Quality and Environment according to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards, has developed a Quality Policy and objectives, which aims to fulfill the demand and requirements, in addition to meet legal requirements for conducting our product and service as well as applicable requirements to the environment.

 

Also, EMMIG undertakes to provide the necesary resources for quality policy and the objectives set by the management system, are spread to all staff of the company for their knowledge and understanding and being possible to verify its effectiveness .

 

Likewise , the policy followed by the company will be of public knowledge informing to customers, suppliers and other parties facing the understanding the company purpose in all areas.

 

EMMIG Management Staff agrees customer requirements are determined and are met with the aim of increasing customer satisfaction . Also applicable environmental legislation will be met and taken into account the prevention of pollution created by our activities as one of our priorities.
